My refrigerator stop working at my Airbnb, so I called Martin on Monday about 5pm, he could come the next day. He arrived on time looked what was the problem, he gave me a diagnostic what was wrong he worked for an hour and said that I need a replacement since the part was very expensive and the refrigerator is too old, I decided to buy a new one. Martin only charged the service fee of $69 which is very reasonable. He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and honest. Service: Refrigerator repair

Abijah has come out for a few of our appliances (microwave, washer, dryer, etc) and every time I’m amazed at how knowledgeable, friendly, and quick he is at fixing it.

We don't normally give reviews because our experience so far with the trades while remodeling our home has not been good ... it seems like no-one here in AZ needs the work and we would rather not give bad reviews. It seems as though we finally found someone that believes in good customer service. I called a few places to come out and help with the install of our new appliances, after three places told me that they do not service the area that we live in I called AMS and got a voicemail. I was in the middle of leaving a message letting them know what we needed done and before I was done Abijah was calling through. That was the first shock because normally when we leave messages rarely do we get called back. Abijah said that he normally does not service our area but said he would come out anyway (second shock). He scheduled to come out on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. We got a call from him on Monday asking if he could come out Monday instead of Tuesday which was great because we were both home. He kept in communication with us and came out when he said he would (third shock). We were extremely happy with the service that he provided, he came out and took care of everything we needed and he didn't charge an arm and a leg (fourth shock :) We would highly recommend AMS for your appliance repair needs, our experience was the best so far from every trade we have used and we have done a complete remodel so we have had to deal with practically all of them.
