Super happy after a week with no car i finally got a call today asking some questions so they can finally start my car fingers crossed I don't have to go the weekend without a car. A mother of 5 kids 3 doing sports and a full time job. Its not easy to get around when you car is down for a fule leak and no rental being available

I had a small dent and missing paint on the passenger side rear panel from a door slam in a parking lot. I have State Farm insurance and Coulter Collision was recommended. I spoke with James who was very nice and I made an appointment to have my car repaired. I was not able to get in immediately due to the chip shortage, insurance companies are not totaling out cars because they can not be replaced. There is a wait time at all Collision Body Shops. Once I got my car in it was repaired good as new. James dealt with my insurance company directly so once I did the initial report and pocket estimate my part was done. I recommend Coulter Collision, friendly, reliable and they will get you back on the road looking good!

I couldn't be more pleased as to how my visit with Coulter Cadillac went. Parts took longer to get, but a loner was provided for the duration of my repair. Don you were efficient and kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks to the team for a great service experience.
