Wrench Mobile Mechanic Phoenix

I hired wrench to come fix my son’s car. After they diagnosed the car, we paid upfront to have the car fixed. The car was fixed and then a few weeks later my son was having the same issues that caused the problem to begin with. We called wrench to uphold the warranty that was promised. We have been given the run around for almost 2 weeks now . No one will come out to check the car or call us back .

Beware: I would have rated Wrench a 3 stars for the convenience of coming to you also for seamless intake processing. HOWEVER I felt a bit extorted when the part they provided and installed (which according to Wrench carries a one-year warranty on it) failed 8 months later, stranding my family. Resulting in my towing it to the nearest shop who fixed it. The full service garage was appalled that the Wrench mechanic guy duct taped the fuel pump housing to the floor board under the carpet. I reported the findings explained to me by the full service mechanic about Wrench's faulty fuel sender part. Wrench told me that they can send a mechanic to me who will examine the part, and review the invoice report from the current shop and send it back to the distribution center. BUT - if they disagree that the part is bad I would be charged a high labor fee for their worries. (We know where this is going right?...) Realizing that all Wrench's guy would have to say is that the part is fine and I would be out of more money. By the way how can such a part be tested w/o installing it back into the car? So I ate the bad part. Fairly I wanted to rate Wrench with 2.5 stars for this but there are no half stars. If they would just stand behind their products like most service companies and refunded me fairly I would have given them a 3 for sure.
