These people are unreliable.They schedule appointments to clean your carpets and then don’t show up! If you still want to use them, you better get a written bid or you may get a surprise! Watch out for trip charges!

Randy has been cleaning our carpets and upholstery for so man years. He and his crew invariably do a great job, are unfailingly good natured, and the price is more than fair. In addition to carpet cleaning he once saved our bacon by stepping in with renovation work when we had a water leak while out of the state. What a treasure!

We have been using Randy and Son's for over 20 years. I would never even think of using anyone else. He has always taken grreat care of our carpets, furniture and tile, as well as repairs on my carpet along the way, due to puppy chewing. Tyler was just out 3/20/20 to clean the carpets, couch, and Toy hauler carpet. Amazing job. Everything always drys in 24 hours or less, and he was super aware of spots and dog spots to make sure he took care of everything. He was even able to do a repair job we thought impossible- though we would have to replace the carpet in the entire room. nope! Tyler to the rescue! Their pricing is always honest, fair, and reasonable. If you need your carpets done, please give Randy and his team a try- you will be very impressed!

Wanted my whole house of carpeting cleaned for the holidays. This is my second time using Carpets by Randy. Always pleasant and professional. The price is fair and the work is excellent. I am amazed how the carpeting looks like new after they clean it. Highly recommend this company!
