Cats collar was not returned after several calls made. I was told I would get a call back and nobody ever called me back.

The staff was kind and courteous. They showed a lot of compassion towards me and the loss of my pets. They assisted me me with all my needs and more. I am very thankful for the staff and their services.

This place is amazing and so kind. For starters the price is very reasonable, with a good selection of very nice urns too. When I called in I was given a price that was significantly less than the vets offer. Upon paying I found that the price had gone down even lower, and to be clear the overall price difference between the two was -$200 cheaper than if I would have gone to the vet for the same services. Everyone that I worked with while there including workers just passing by were all very sympathetic and extremely kind and polite. I can't express my gratitude enough for both the services they render and the customer service I received while there. Thank you all very much.
