I had a very pleasant experience at this office. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Dr Rael was very caring and comforting. First, Paula was very helpful in making sure they took my insurance. Once I arrived to my appointment, she gave me a tour of the office and explained the different areas and machines. She then introduced me to the dentists and my dental hygenist. They were very thorough with the x-rays and the pictures they took so I could see up close what was going on with each of my teeth. I would highly recommend this dentist office. I was very happy with my appointment and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.
