      image They don't know how to file the correct insurance codes and the dentist and hygienist caused a lot of pain (its 5 days later and still having to still having severe pain). Dentist made inappropriate comments about a contest for kegs of beer. The front office girl indicated crowns weren't covered by my plan, when they are, even when we called the insurance company together. The office doesn't carry all options for crowns, just porcelain (which is what I think caused the front desk to erroneously think that no crowns were covered)..

      image Although Aspen Dental on Peoria Ave does have great dentists, the staff could use some more customer service training in diversity.
      During my visit last week, I did notice the office manager has been replaced with a wonderful gentleman named Richard. He's awesome!
