Normally I have a good experience here but today I went in for my 10am appointment, tried to walk in at 9:57 and the door was locked and all of the lights were off. No one was there. I waited 10 minutes in my car and no one came. I scheduled this appointment 4 months ago and no one called me to tell me it was cancelled or to reschedule. They even said at the time of booking, thats the day before the holiday is that okay? Absolutely awful professionalism and a waste of time.

I took my grandfather here to get his dentures straightened out as a favor to him and my mom. The first appointment was at 4 pm, and was supposed to be for around 5 minutes. They made him wait an entire hour. The second appointment was a little better, at half an hour, but it was literally just to pick the dentures up. I understand that doctors may run over their times with a patient every once and a while, but both times I've been here it was a ridiculous wait every time. Not very professional at all, and very different from any dentist experience I have ever had personally.

My recent experience at Aspen Dental on 475 E Bell Rd in the Phoenix area was nothing short of a complete disaster. The level of service I received and the administrative incompetence I encountered were beyond belief, leaving me utterly frustrated and disappointed.
After confirming my appointment over the phone, I had made all the necessary arrangements, including canceling a flight and adjusting my travel plans, to ensure I could attend my emergency appointment for fixing my veneers. However, upon arriving at Aspen Dental, I was shocked to discover that they had absolutely no record of my appointment. It was their own administrative error that caused me significant inconvenience and wasted my time.
What's even more alarming is that this wasn't an isolated incident. I witnessed Aspen Dental turning away a man on oxygen and a senior citizen, both of whom desperately needed dental care. It is absolutely appalling that their system is designed to make customers come in only to inform them that they are double booked. This heartless approach not only displays a complete lack of empathy but also highlights the disorganized and negligent nature of their operations.
To make matters worse, the staff at Aspen Dental on 475 E Bell Rd exhibited rudeness and dismissiveness throughout the entire ordeal. Instead of taking responsibility for their administrative mistakes, they chose to blame and mistreat the patients. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially when it is Aspen Dental's own incompetence that led to these distressing situations.
Aspen Dental must urgently address their abysmal business practices and improve their administrative systems. They should prioritize customer service and ensure that their staff is properly trained to handle appointments and address patients' needs with respect and empathy.
Considering the shocking level of service and administrative incompetence I experienced, I strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to steer clear of Aspen Dental on 475 E Bell Rd in the Phoenix area. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for patients, and overall incompetence make them unworthy of trust and patronage. Look for a dental clinic that values their patients' time, respects their commitments, and provides a much higher standard of care.
