I've had a client on a wait list for a Tripoint home since June. My client signed a contract for someones canceled spec home that came available this week. Tripoint said that they wouldn't honor my commission due to an expired registration form. Make sure to renew your registration forms people so you dont get ******.
They told me client they would let me client cancel with no option to re-execute or cut me out of the loop and proceed with the contract.
