Worst company I have ever used. Nothing works (website, phone system, customer service...NOTHING!). I wasted 4 hours online & on the phone with them. Never again!

Trying to book a flight to a funeral with my partner. A banner for a Travelocity deal came up first as a value booking, with booking information I did not understand and though would be explained before the flight was booked (the times showed 6am-10pm on the right days, but I didn't realize they were going to pick one time for me without ever showing me what time would be assigned). Upon seeing the return flight assigned too early to allow me to attend the funeral I was going to, I called immediately (within a few minutes) only to get a runaround corporate-speak answer trying to cover his bases while telling me there was nothing they did wrong, the website listed the information, and I had the "option" of buying additional tickets from them and throwing away the original ones unused and unrefunded. Having absolutely no reasonable service response for a customer confused by their site and calling immediately to rectify the situation is unworthy of a company wanting money from the public. They will not be receiving my business ever again, and I do not recommend you use them because they will not have a service response except whatever they can get away with legally to keep your money.
