Dropped off some materials for the renovation recently. Crew is good at their job. Nice to see downtown Phoenix getting some renovations and upgrades. Been a mess for a long while.

We came across this place by total accident but were totally surprised by the price $50.
& a $10 deposit. They told us they were in the middle of renovating the place which we didn't mind. We stayed in the room circled in purple and to our surprise it was actually a nice room had a comfy bed. A.fridge, A microwave. A nice flat screen, A nice desk, and a.dresser, plus Night stands, the restroom was clean the only thing I didn't like was not being able to close the bathroom window. Other then that we were really impressed it was nice and for only $50. Way better than Sandman Hotel which was like $80 and was old and.outdated and run down. We just couldn't understand why we could not pay to stay another day, they told us we had to check out and come back at after 3pm. Which we did but they said they had no rooms.
