Reddy Ice

I heard that Reddy Ice on 40th st and Broadway had an Outbreak of Covid-19 in the last few week of September 2021 and now going into these first 2 weeks into October 2021. It makes you wonder have they told their distributors that has been to their plant on a daily basis that people there at Reddy Ice plant has contracted COVID-19 and for them they distributors to be safe and cautious in wearing masks and maybe so even gloves.

REDDY ICE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CAN'T DELIVER THE ICE TO THE RIGHT ICE BOXES AND THEN WANT CUSTOMERS TO WAIT FOR UP TO 48 HOURS TO GET THE ICE DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION WHEN IT'S ON THE SAME JOB SITE. WE LIVE IN AZ IT'S FREAKING HOT AND THE GUYS OUT IN THE HEAT ALL DAY SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR MESS UP. YOU CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET ATTITUDE FROM THE REPS. ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR AND CONVIENT ALL OF THEM ARE IN A MEETING AT ONCE. LEAVE MESSAGE AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. DON'T ASK FOR A SUPERVISORS DIRECT EXTENSION BECAUSE YOU CAN'T LEAVE MESSAGES BECAUSE THE LINE ISN'T LIVE. WHAT KIND OF BS IS THAT. WOULD RECOMMEND FINDING SOMEONE ELSE TO USE. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEARTACHE.

If I could leave 0 stars I would Everytime I call to speak to manager or supervisor the operator hangs up the phone minutes into the call They Only care about corporate business and have no remorse for small businesses I manage 3 locations in Phoenix and all 3 have different prices

HORRIBLE AUTOMATED SYSTEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. LATE DELIVERIES.

I have 3 Besneses and I get different price on every one so now I have to pay $2.49 for bag of ice of 10 lb so haw much I sale that to my customers and I call this company and I talk to sum body he didn’t help and I asked hit to transfer my phone call to a manager but he hung up the phone on my face
