Farmers Insurance - Leonardo Morales

I have had policies with farmers for a long time and they have always gone above and beyond to help me during claims process, trying to get me better deals, making sure I have the coverage I need so I don't have ugly surprises or lack of coverage. Everyone at this office will make sure to help you until you are happy.

Ethan Prater is the worst agent I’ve ever worked with. He didn’t cancel the policy when I told him to so now I have to wait 3-5 days for a reverse. I got a way better quote through another farmers agent and he acted like a cry baby when I told him to cancel the policy. I would never recommend this location for insurance. He only tried to do that so can get more commission. Never again will I even think about going to this location.

Would give this guy zero stars if I could. Ray was great but once Leo Morales took over it went downhill. He doesn't know how to do his job, is rude, and never contacts you back. I don't know why he is an agent with farmers. he makes the whole company look bad. We had to switch agents because of how bad he is. Leo, Don't say you will try to help us because we have asked for help several times from you and your staff and you don't help. You are rude and hang up on your customers. I would advise people not to use you as an agent, rather they should seek another agent who is professional and knows how to do their job. From the first day you didn't help us. You failed to reply to many emails. When you did answer you were very rude. If you like I can attach them here so all those customers can see them. Let me know and I will post them. I can also post the call log and recorded calls if you like.

Outstanding service by Leo. My account had been transferred from my prior agent to Leo & we made an appointment to review our policies. We had a very thorough review with a number of action items for Leo and his team and agreed to another telecon. At our next chat Leo answered all the questions he could and indicated why some questions would require more research and we made another appointment to resolve those questions. He has demonstrated his insurance knowledge, responsiveness and dedication to help his clients. I heartily recommend doing business with Leo.

Farmers Insurance from Ray Johnson is highly recommended. I have never had a problem with this company. Ray is a great guy and always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. I know you will like being part of the Farmers family and a friend of Ray's!
