This was my first time hiring a marketing agency to complete a significant project for my company, and across every metric, Aidan Taylor exceeded my expectations. The first thing that stands out is Aidan Taylor’s professionalism and responsiveness. In this engagement, Aidan Taylor helped me build out detailed buyer personas for my business (a staffing agency) and then create a new brand. I’d been operating for 5+ years when we started this project, so it was important to me to keep the core values of the existing brand while using the new personas and brand to take my company to the next level. We conducted several 60-minute discovery sessions where Aidan Taylor expertly guided me through expansive discovery questions. One thing I look for when engaging with any professional services organization is how well they listen, and these folks took copious notes of each conversation and then distilled them into an actionable branding plan. I was also impressed by their broad business acumen regarding how my personas would receive different company names and what I would term our brand “voice”. We started with 1,000 company names, and then whittled the list down to 300, 50, 10, and 3 finalists. Rather than outright reject any of the ideas I might have felt strongly about, they used their experience, market data, and common sense to guide me towards our final selection. Which I love! Finally, I feel sincerely that the investment I made in Aidan Taylor delivered proper value. It wasn’t the cheapest option I uncovered, but when it comes to something as important as branding, price was not my main driver. I feel they absolutely respected each dollar I invested, and the quality and timeliness of the work was excellent. I look forward to working with Aidan Taylor in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.

The differentiator between most marketing agencies and Aidan Taylor is a simple one: the buck stops with the CEO. Josh Prior takes ownership of his team and their results. Every two weeks, Josh and my Aidan Taylor Account Manager, Dave Williams and I discuss where we are, where we are going and any outstanding issues between the three of us. I know I'm not getting the run around from the agency - if I'm thrilled, the CEO knows about it, if there are things I'd like improved, Josh listens and responds. As a MarComm Leader, that kind of accountability is an incredible and unique aspect of how Aidan Taylor operates. The last thing I'll add about Aidan Taylor is the quality of work under pressure. Before our industry's biggest international conference I had tasked Aidan Taylor with refreshing our collateral, updating our website and delivering key messaging surrounding two new product launches. They delivered on time and with the quality I'd come to expect. I'd encourage anyone looking to make a change, or embark on a new agency partnership to take a hard look at Aidan Taylor. From my perspective, I knew where I needed to get to QUICKLY as our company scaled and Aidan Taylor was an invaluable partner in quickly scaling. I suspect companies of all types will reap the same rewards, regardless of their own journeys.
