    Front staff has some issues that need to be work on shes rude and start with an attitude I have witnessed her 2 times first one she got yelled at for yelling at the patient and she left crying and the second time the poor old man just left but the rest of the staff are nice and with good vibes but that front desk personnel need to work with her attitude or find a job that she loves

    So Ive been to Simon Med several times in the past for multiple things in the past, I just normally go to the location on 19th up I think by Glendale or northern. This one was a nightmare to work with. My ortho recommended I do to this specific location though strictly because they had the higher quality MRI machine. So I scheduled it and the lady I scheduled it with took all my info, and I asked what kind of money I was going to need when the appointment came so that I could make sure I w as prepared, cause I know how costly these things can be. She told me, Lets submit this to the insurance and if I call you back we will talk about that, if I dont then you are good. No news is good news and usually Ill know within 3 days. My appointment was like 2 weeks away so I was like coo, thats plenty of time to get this all situated. Never heard back from her and showed up for my appointment with no paymemt as I was told I was good and not to worry about it if I didnt hear back from her. When I showed up for my appointment the young lady at the counter told me that I needed to pay $190 right there before they did my MRI. I informed her what I was told on the phone and she said that it wasnt accurate and that I responsible for not only a copay but a coinsurance as well. I asked her to give me a moment and told her I needed to step outside to discuss this with my spouse as I did not come financially prepared for this, she got an attitude with me and rolled her eyes. I went outside I conferred with my spouse and came back in about 5 minutes later to pay and when I made it up to the counter she said that she canceled my appointment and that Id have to come back in 2 weeks. After arguing with me at the front counter I asked her to get a manager, she walked away and when she came back she said her manager was in a meeting but that she was told I could be seen later to that day, so I had to leave for 4hours and come back all because of her lack of professionalism, and patience. Not coming to this one again if I can avoid it for the rest of my life.

    The person doing the test was not very personable or friendly. I advised her that I previously had a stroke and I couldnt use my left arm. After she did the testing she just lheaded for the door and said the test was done. I had to say excuse me, can you help me sit up please. She acted like she was put out. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she needs to leave that at the door and be a little friendly to her patients.
