I cannot recommend Ryan enough! From start to finish he made the process of getting our home loan so easy and efficient. Ryan was incredibly awesome to work with. Being a first time home buyer is incredibly anxiety ridden, but working with Ryan really helped eased almost all of our nerves. Of the 15 sales that I have done this year as a real estate agent, Ryan was the only lender that funded his loans on time, and did not cause any delays in this crazy market.. After watching him always his target close date, I decided to use him for a Jumbo Loan & buy a house, and sure enough he came through on time with everything that he promised up front.
