The Aloft Hotel at 4450 E. Washington Street is just minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Shuttle service is provided and if a shuttle is not available, Aloft personnel will arrange for an UBER for you. The rooms are not huge but adequate for short stays and the beds are very comfortable. It's also close to restaurants and lounges, some within walking distance.
The hidden GEM in the Aloft Hotel is the Quality and Calibur of its staff, who go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your stay. I accidentally forgot my glasses on the nightstand in my room at checkout. The GM personally wrapped my glasses in protective bubble wrap and mailed them to me within 36 hours of my checkout. Stay at your own risk. We wanted someplace close to the airport in the Marriott family due to an early morning vacation departure. We parked our car in the parking lot the night before and came out at 4 am to a smashed windshield. No evidence of any kind of accidental projectile from anywhere, it appears to be either an attempted break in or vandalism. Marriott gave me a case number and said someone would call me and no one ever did. I guess we are lucky the damage wasn't worse. There is no chance I will stay at an Aloft again.

We stayed for two nights. They gave free shuttle for pick up and drop off for airport which was very helpful. Quiet and clean hotel
Rooms: We requested accessibility room and was provided a room which suited our requirements.
Food & drinks: Not much options for food. There is a bar with small selection of food but the bar closes by 8 pm.
