This building has paper thin walls. The construction of each rooms wall stops just above the drop ceiling. So your neighbors can be heard much more easily. I bid these buildings all of the time, and this is a way to "cheap out" on a new build. In your normal office building, each room is built out to the deck of the underlaying floor. This helps with sound traveling from room to room. Now, if you like to work with headphones on all day like you are in an open office, then this is the place for you. But if you are looking for some quiet time to get emails and take-offs performed, keep looking.
