Heidi's Historic Home and Pet Care

Heidi has cared for our two cats several times over the past couple of years for both short weekends and longer periods. She is thorough and caring for our pets. Our pets are in great hands with Heidi. She has a ton of experience and is a caring and trusting person to leave your animals with. I highly recommend her!

Heidi has been taking care of our birds for more than 10 years. She is very reliable and trustworthy. Our lovebird, Pango, tends to be wary around people outside the family, but he loves Heidi, and the feeling is mutual. Pango is quite elderly and fragile, and the only reason we feel comfortable leaving him for any length of time is because we know that Heidi will take excellent care of him. She is extraordinarily sensitive to the animals she cares for, and spends extra time with Pango and sends us photos and updates.

My cats and dogs consider Heidi a part of their family. I am so thankful I found her: she has also taken taken care of our chickens and tortoise over the many years. Heidi always makes sure they get the attention needed. I highly recommend.

Heidi has watched our cat several times now and she has become our go-to sitter. She thinks of everything, even brings extra toys to keep our cat from being bored while we are gone. She is prompt, professional, and documents everything about her visit. Highly recommend!
