If you care to get QUALITY work with out getting RIPPED off, Do not use this company. I only went though them becuase they were mentioned through Southwest to help avoid the permit cost. For one they have Terrible customer service if you can even call it that, it took over 4 days for them to schedule an estimate, not come out but to schedule! They have no scheduling person you have to call the tech while hes on othet jobs. The piece of work they send out, IVO was an hour late with no phone call, I have to call him and remind him I even had the appointment. He caused me to be late for work and couldn't care less, and he was only in my house less than 2 minutes before he left only thing he said was to ask me for my email for estimate what a huge waste of time, and this is how they trear a potential customer. He sent me an estimate hours later quoting $900 more than the previous company and were charging almost $400 for the perm that the first company only charged $200, the SAME permit than a non affiliated company. I called to complain to the receptionist and ask for an email to the owner of company, she completely refused and was extremely rude and got VERY defensive that I was unhappy, and she hung up on me with out giving any contact info. VERY SHADY COMPANY do NOT use them.
