Very helpful guy, is Russ. He will do whatever he can to make sure you get exactly what you need, and ONLY what you need, to get your project done. Unlike your bigger corporate stores that either don't know what you want, or will try to sell you every possible thing they can, in the hope that you'll get at least some of what you need. I, too, pass by Home Depot and Lowe's and even Ace, when I need plumbing parts.

The owner Russ is friendly, professional and will help you get exactly what you need. Also the donuts in Friday's are great.

Russ has an incredible level of knowledge, and he's very helpful. He won't sell you anything you don't need, either. I drive past five Home Depots to get here. I don't know what the issue was with the bike (per previoius review) but my dog was certainly more than welcome!

I went there on my way to work to pick up a part for my kitchen faucet. I didnt even get in the door before a employee met me asking what I wanted. I said I was there to buy a part. He pushed me back rudely telling me I could not enter with my bike. Hand went on my shoulder pushing me back from the door. I said. Fine I'll go some else for now on. I don't know what his issue was but at my company you'd be fired treating a customer this way.
