Mutual Management deserves NO stars. They do not 'guide' or professionally suggest recommendations to our Board, FOR THE BETTERMENT of our community. Our 'project manager' MAY visit our property once a month and when speaking w/him on the phone; he's PUT OFF with ANY reasonable grievances; hence, nothing is EVER addressed. As an owner of 23 years, I've seen our development grossly neglected and our Board Members are blindly 'sales pitched' into keeping this greedy & unethical management company w/o listening to the 120 owners requests on a regular basis. The monthly HOA meetings are NOT for our (owners) benefit; as we are told: 'we don't have that on the table at this time'! We pay $208/month & our Board Members spend $ w/o EVER providing a 'specific plan' for improvements w/owners knowledge. We endure 'shoddy' landscape services, seal coating/blacktop overcharges$, 'blind' over-estimating costs on plant/shrubs & desert rock placements, etc. 2 years ago they hired a maintenance man w/o doing a background check & 1 of our Board members was 'stalked & harassed' by him, so I paid for a background check: ! OMG: his Criminal Record = Burglary, Jail Time, Illegal firearms possessions, theft, drug and trespassing charges along w/20 other arrests! They allowed this person to be on our property, losing/breaking/stealing Eastwood Townhouse Association tools, allowing him to do SIDE JOBS in owners homes, w/o the owners' knowledge of his criminal record. They would not consider paying me for the time & $30 I spent on the background check, BUT 3 days before our annual meeting (which they new I would attend w/my paperwork on said maintenance man) they fired him...so I wouldn't expose their 'dirty', incompetent, unprofessional deeds. Time to call 3 on Your Side.

THE PHONE LISTED FOR MUTUAL MANAGEMENT IN PHOENIX RINGS BUT NO ONE ANSWERS AND THERE IS NO WAY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!! I have tried to contact the office for several weeks now. After 20 plus years of dealing with Mutual Management a one star rating is a stretch. What does Bill do? He does not return calls, he does not come to the subdivision even though he is listed as the property manager. I finally gave up trying to contact Bill or Kathy the owners. I've found the only way to bypass the HOA president in the subdivision where I reside is to create an online ticket/workorder request. This has proven to be most expedient in resolving issues that have been reported previously but left unresolved.

This business is a stinking joke. They do not respond to issues. Our HOA doesn't even like them. Bill and his sister that own and run it are lying, hateful nasty people. I'd give them no stars if I could. Pathetic excuse of a business.
