Be careful with this broker... they engage in spamming people with phone calls on expired listings to solicit business, which is a violation of the code of conduct with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. They'll call and call and call and call until you answer the phone. The licensed salesperson who violated the ADRE code of conduct was Debbie Engler. UPDATE - Debbie must have heard about this review because she just tried to call me... First, when someone calls on an expired listing they must check the Do Not Call registry... if they fail to do so (I've been on it since July of 2003), the FTC fine is up to $42,500... so now I have another report to make. Just not sure why people think that harassing people by calling them all the time is a good idea to try to drum up business. With so many Realtors in the state (at least until blockchain eliminates them from the process in 5ish years) almost everyone knows a realtor friend or relative, making unsolicited calls like the ones I got from this business very bothersome and irritating. If I were selling my home, I'd personally just use Homie... but if you want to use this broker, know what you're supporting... someone who conducts spamming people on the phone.
