Traci and Judge Bellamak were my realtors for a recent home purchase and sale in Phoenix. They are exceptional people and realtors -- friendly, smart, with deep knowledge of the neighborhoods they work in, gave me excellent advice and got great results (better than I ever expected). Competition was fierce for the house I bought; we had 6 competing offers. Although mine was not the highest bid, Traci positioned the offer with some bells and whistles that the seller liked and I ended up with the house (yeah!!). Judge got my house on the market as soon as my offer had been accepted on the new house. I wanted a quick sale and listed at a price slightly lower than Judge had advised. The house sold within 24 hours of being listed, over list price and right on-target with the price Judge had recommended (BINGO)! I was very happy with both transactions, would recommend them to friends and family, and will definitely work with them again if I ever leave my current home!

SHAWN BELLAMAK is a TOTAL HOUSING PROFESSIONAL! This Crazy Housing Market has very few houses for sale and the good ones are selling in days if not hours. Shawn showed my wife and I a Perfect house that met all of the Criteria that we were looking for. The first morning on the market the house had a full price offer and another $10k above list. We really wanted this house since it took so long for something to come up that we liked. While my wife and I looked over the property Shawn talked with the Listing Agent gathering information on the Buyer's , the House and the other Offers that were Presented.
