Brian sold me a home off of Chaparral in Scottsdale AZ. I love this home!! Brian and his team helped me find a home while I was living in Anaheim, CA. He used facetime to show me the property. Then he negotiated like a pro. He even setup the moving company and gave me a fantastic discount. He had the home professionally cleaned before I arrived and then had landscapers take care of the overgrown backyard. Everything was turnkey and nothing to worry about.,

Brian and his team are dare I say the best? I'm disabled veteran and boy do these people understand VA loans. I got a very low rate based on their recomendation I saved 3/4 of a point on my interest rate. All I had to do is listen and Brian went out of his way to save me money. After closing he was able to provide a list of trusted contractors that I took full advantage of. I would buy from Century 21 Citywide again and consult Brian, he knows what hes doing.
