        I worked at Kitchell a few years back. Unfortunately I got hired with them before I realized how toxic the environment and culture was on the jobsites. My bosses were degrading, critical, and disrespectful. Mentorship was poor. Leadership and professionalism did not exist. I would warn those that want to take a chance with a company like Kitchell that is very corporate in nature. From my perspective and of my friends who have since left Kitchell as well.... you are just a number, not a person they value nor take care of and develop for success.
