Nice starter home for people just starting out in life . The neighborhood is great !!! Quite !!! Really good group of people!!!!

This place has no model homes kind of wish they had them.
The inside of the one house they do have which from outside looks like a model home but is actually a real estate office. The office features loan depot banner so my guess is they have lender on site. It all felt very targeted and much different experience than if you go to a well known builder like merritage you can expect they targeting lower income and folks they can check credit quickly against. If you are looking for model homes to browse Richmond homes had a couple.
The area is also suspect as there is 2 check to cash places across the corner and slew of lower class businesses. Maybe Tuscano is coming up but it’s a don’t touch for us.
