We worked with Stout to set up a glamping village for our wedding in rural Massachusetts, and it was such a wonderful experience! The team was so easy to work with, incredibly accommodating, and flexible. In the planning phase, they were responsive and creative; more importantly, once on-site, they solved every little and big problem that arose with ease. Fully set up and furnished, the tents are incredibly comfortable and spacious, and our guests loved them. Such a fantastic experience overall and an awesome company!

I do not normally write reviews, let alone positive reviews. It's just! I am so impressed and incredibly grateful to the immense, above and beyond support Caitlyn and her team at Stout tents has given me. I truly believed most of my challenges were user errors, but Caitlyn wanted to make sure that nothing had gone wrong with the making of the tent and has just gone above and beyond in trying to help and work with me, going as far as to actually recall the tent and send out a new one (even when I insisted that I believed these things were my fault they wanted to rule that out and make sure my experience with their tents was a positive one). They truly take the quality and production of their tents seriously, and will work hard to remedy the challenges you come across. I don't know of any tent company that cares so much. I can't tell you how incredibly grateful and appreciative I am. In today's day and age I no longer expect customer support, and expected to be on my own once I brought it. But not here. I was blown away at how much she and her team cared. This bell tent is going to be my home while I travel throughout the Americas, and for her to take above and beyond steps to help me, even where I insisted she didn't have to, has really warmed my heart -- to have Caitlyn Stout care so much and work so hard to ensure that I have an amazing journey with this tent. I have so much respect for this brand, for the owner as a person and not only would I recommend this tent, but I would buy from them again. I really, can't speak enough for how moved I am with the support and care she gave to me and my family. If you're reading this Caitlyn, I can't say thank you enough. It has meant the world to me and my family. Thanks so much!

I am absolutely in love with our Stout Tent. This is by far the best tent I have ever owned. I have done camping trips yearly for the past 10 years and have gone through so many tents for various reasons. I hate standard nylon tents, the fabric does not breath so they are either too hot or too cold, can be a pain to set up and do not stand up to weather. My fiancee and I finally decided to upgrade to a canvas tent and found Stout Tent. I loved that they are a local company and we were able to stop by their shop and see the tent in person before purchasing. The staff we awesome, helpful, friendly and obviously passionate about their work. We were even more thrilled to take home our tent same day, no need to pay for and wait on shipping! We have had the tent for three years now and have really put it to the test in that time. The canvas breaths beautifully and the ability to open up the bottom portion lets in air so it is nice to be in when it is warm. It sets up easily, and I was even able to set it up alone. We have had this tent set up in rain, like a lot of rain, like three days of non stop rain and freezing temperatures. In combination with a small heater running for about 10 min before going to bed, this tent more than paid for itself by keeping us toasty warm in 32 degree temps. The canvas and zipper even froze one night and I was incredibly warm all night. This tent also stands up to strong winds without one issue. Tents I have had in the past literally had pole bend over on themselves in similar winds, this one barely moves. I cannot recommend this tent enough, do not hesitate to invest in one for any reason. And do not settle for cheap knockoffs, the canvas is not the same quality. This is a great local company that stands by their products and are super quick to respond to any questions or concerns. A+++ for Stout Tents!

I bought a Stout tent last year when I moved to Kentucky. It is very large and impressive looking and seems to be quality construction. I live in a wet and humid environment and went with this tent because it was stated that it was treated for mold resistance. It began to mold in the first month. The company recommended a pressure washer and scrubbing all over to treat the mold. This wasn't possible because I had it set up in an off grid location. The tent is huge, heavy, and the canvas holds a lot of moisture. To take the tent down it must be clean and completely dry. Because of overnight dew, the tent was never completely dry. I had an emergency and had to go out of town so took the tent down and hung it in a neighbors barn to hopefully dry. Mice got to it before it dried so it is now an $800 tent with mold and mice holes. I read everything I could find online before buying this and the reviews were so positive. I assume those were in drier climates. I am very disappointed with the purchase and cannot recommend for a rainy or humid climate. I did not receive the long term care instructions until after I had purchased and received the tent. The tent requires a lot of maintenance! I also spoke by phone to someone in your office, and to have you repair it would have been too expensive.

Last year I did a large off the grid wedding in Black Rock Desert. I had never planned something that off the grid before and I am so incredibly thankful for Caitlyn and her team. They dealt with weather and troubleshooting with us! The wedding could have not been better. Definitely looking forward to future projects with Stout.
