Brenda Garcia, A dial a ride employee for 21 years. Came to pick us up and had a very hostile attitude! She was rude disrespectful. She was not courteous to other neighbors or their vehicles. Brenda Garcia displayed action towards us that indicated that she is prejudice! She also stated that she was not going to take us to our destination because she did not feel like it… I am escalating this issue because I feel that because of our ethnicity and probably because of my age she felt the need to treat us so bad!!

I called and reported that my driver Named Lloyd # 161, did an excellent job with transporting me safely and he was concerned that I was comfortable. Well I am blessed to have him as my driver again. We are in Coach #3631 and he picked me up at 17:54 to return me home and he is giving me another excellent ride. I hope he gets recognition for other trips reported as KUDOS to main number.
