This company is great! Very nice environment, great place to park. They have parking all over the state from Flagstaff to the southern boarder. Valet and parking services!

We came to Mayo from out of state with our RV being towed by a dually truck. The valet here WON'T take dually trucks. With so many patients from out of state coming here, they should accept them. Very discriminatory. Cleveland Clinic parks them!

I have been parking at the American Valet owned Nogales, AZ lot on Crawford St. for the past 3 years and always feel my car is safe. There is lots of visibility and the parking attendants are pleasant and accommodating. The location of this lot is ideal as it is only a short walk to the Mexico border. Keep up the great work American Valet!!

You have a valet guy by the name of Van who works at Wekopa Casino on the Fort McDowell Reservation. I have had 3 interactions with him and he is very very rude. Tonight I told him he needed to work on his customer service skills and all he could say was have a good night very rudly. I even tipped him. I have the managers name and I will be calling him tomorrow morning. This guy from what I have heard is rude to everyone. I can even ask the casino if they can pull the surveillance tape. I really hope he is delt with.All the other valet guys are awesome.
