Rayne Water

Carolyn was beyond helpful! I am not even a customer, but I had some questions for a home's water softener system and she answered everything perfectly. If you're looking for someone who is extremely knowledgeable in their field I highly recommend calling Rayne and asking for Carolyn!

Interesting how Rayne Water get such good reviews. My salesman of 4 years ago pushed us for a systems that did not fit my current home and over charged us. Then he said that if we ever moved to just call Rayne up and they do a free system move for you. Well 4 years later we are moving and guess what, it will cost us over $300 to move our water softener and RO system and get this...they can't come and move the system for almost a month and a half because they don't have the staff. I understand you want to get new clients, but how about you take care of the ones you already have. I dropped over $5k to this company and not once have they sent someone to check on the system (even when I have tried to schedule service). All about getting the sale and then you are on your own after that. Go to Culligan or somewhere else that has good customer service and don't waste your time with these people.

Gabriel delivers my water softener tank and I seldom hear him since I am usually asleep when he comes by. I have not had any problems with my delivery.
