Horrible system. They say it softens your water, but it doesnt. I was skeptical, because there is not a softener attached, but they assured me it will soften. Not only did it not soften, its not good at filtration either.

Buyer Beware!!! This company's Management team in the Phoenix, AZ area is corrupt to the core and will say ANYTHING to get your money for a system that is way over-priced. If a Jeremy Stout calls you or worse, comes to your door ... hang up or do NOT let him in. He is a complete fraud. Message me for more information.

The install went very well. After 2 weeks i can now see the results of better water already.

I had the elite water system install on 2/24/2020 and it was the worst and most expensive decision I have ever made ($7000.00 +). We have spotted/cloudy glasses/dishes from the dishwasher and the kitchen sink, calcium build-up on faucets/keurig/water & ice dispenser, deposits in our glasses from melted ice and rings in our toilets. The salesman suggested that we change dishwasher soap and use less. Like that would work. Then he suggested that maybe it wasn't plumbed correctly. I told him that I know how plumbing works since I did all of the repairs on our rental properties & our own home. He said that we would get refunded...I am not going to hold my breath. Worst product that I ever purchased!!

Enjoyed working with Sara Stout to get service scheduled and payment made. She made arrangements and followed -up with me to ensure everything went as planned. The service person did a good job of replacing the tanks. he was neat and ensured everything was adjusted properly before he left.
