In reply to the owner: I don't leave reviews from my personal account. Nothing but a hassle with great lip service. They had to refund me several months of trailer insurance because they lied to me regarding its value. I did not need to insure my trailer separately as it's included with the vehicle it is towed by. Note that any 'comprehensive' coverage would be argued about if a claim was made because they only provide 'stated' value (only buy 'AGREED' value!). It was only by my due diligence that caught them out on it. I'd give 1 star but the staff is friendly and this seems to be a management / training issue. I had several issues when i signed up as well with lack of information and questions left unanswered that are in the full policy booklet that you have to request, but they of course have ready access to. If you want a good insurance company go to "All Price" in Cottonwood. Buy direct from the underwriting companies instead of the brand name marked up companies that green insurance provides for example Geico Progressive Etc. Ask for Ulysses and discover what it's like to talk with an agent who understands insurance.

DeeDee is the best asset to the company. She goes above and beyond every time and is so friendly and customer service oriented. Definitely hard to find that level of service these days.
