BEWARE! This organization particularly the Prescott location is absolutely disgusting!! The supervisor Bobette Carpetener was absolutely vile and rude more than unprofessional. She could care less that I was concerned over 2 social workers a woman named Teri and a man named John whom were also unprofessional and made false accusations! John tried bullying me and scaring me into signing papers to get help through them for a child with mental illness that is already getting help through the court as well as behavioral health services. I have talked to the court about my situation and she used the word extort along with the social workers involved. Bobette should not be in this position Im scared for anyone and there kids who has to deal with her . When I called Bobette to explain how John bragged about he is friends with one of the probation officers at the juvenile detention center that should raise a red flag and is absolutely unprofessional. He also made false accusations against me. He even went on to tell me its time to be a parent when I am. Bobette is no better in assisting these social workers as if you dont do what they want during an investigation she will have the social worker or you call the police or they wont leave and when the police did come they told them they couldnt do anything because there was nothing to call for . Please beware and know your rights do not sign anything ever because they cant make you and thats where they get they try to scare and bully you ! I will be taking legal action against them. I will be calling the ombudsman citizens office to report them all and the whole organization. Do not let these people bully you or think you arent taking care of your children. Remember the name ombudsman citizens office they will help you with reporting them and making sure they dont keep being unprofessional. And again when I stated all my concerns to Bobette she had an attitude was nasty and then laughed and then proceeded to hang up on me when I explained I know my rights and can and will report you.
