Thank you Phat Rides for picking out the perfect ebike for me and my son. He is on the autism spectrum and the guy was wonderful in interaction with my son, having patience and debriefing us on the ebike before hand. I hadn't ridden an ebike nor one with an extra 85lbs passenger on it. We rented the RAD bike. I spoke to the guy before coming in over the phone and he knew the right bike for me and my son. We rode all along the greenbelt and it was beautiful. thanks so much will be back again I actually want to buy one...

Excellent first time experience with an e-bike here at Phat Rides today. Chris was very helpful and accommodating. Location is perfect, very close to the trail that goes all the way to Tempe Town Lake. Highly recommended and Im sure I will return!

Purchased to E bikes from Owen at Phat Rides USA in Scottsdale. Owen was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining the different bikes and made the purchase smooth and easy. I highly recommend this shop for your bike purchases.

In a world that can be oftentimes challenging with a teenager with special needs Phat Rides was full of yes! We had an amazing ride on this cool bike that allowed my son to sit up front as we navigated on these amazing golf courses from North Scottsdale to Tempe Town lakes. What an incredible experience! I highly recommend Phat Rides. Their customer service was phenomenal and we had an awesome experience!
