Purchased a Maverick and an Rlink recently for my MT10. I initially ran into an installation problem, and they sent me a replacement part that arrived the next day. They were also very helpful and responsive when I couldnt figure out the connectivity via sim and programming the settings for the alarm. I purchased a Scorpio SRX-900 alarm system for my Ducati Multistrada 950. I live in Italy, in Rome and decided to entrust my bike to the security of this anti-theft system. It is very easy to install on the motorbike, simply by connecting a few connectors to the main module of the alarm and also thanks to the specific wiring for my Multistrada, made directly by Scorpio. Nothing more simple. Creating the specific wiring harness is a great idea. Of course, I could have chosen other types of anti-theft decice for my bike; the alarm system made by Ducati is too expensive and offers less features than the Scorpio alarm system. So, I wanted something special that would give me more security. Well, I chose Scorpio and I am fully satisfied. High quality product! Very fast shipping, it is just a pity that I had to pay customs duties for my country that unfortunately are not very cheap. But it's ok. I also needed their technical support to encode a new 2-way remote control because following although I followed the user manual I had some problems. My previous remote control was accidentally broken display during a service ducati. Well, despite my English language is not very good, with several emails and a phone call, they helped me with a lot of patience, availability, kindness and competence to encode my new 2-way remote control. I don't know the name of the people who helped me, but thank you for everything. Aritronix, pity you don't have some retailers in Italy, I think you would be very successful. You should consider it 😉 Thanks again! ✌🏼

great customers service, warranty work done due to faulty unit, was sorted within a week and sent back. Not had any problems since. Great products great company.
