Hot Air Balloon Ride Scottsdale - Aerogelic Ballooning

The name of this company is Aerogelic ballooning. Family owned & small but a fun time. Meet up was at a Starbucks and then they take you to a good flight spot. After your 1 hour ride they provide mimosas. We took the sunrise flight! For us we had a good time but for my friends they got charged extra fees at the last minute which they thought were strange. So just be aware of what price you agreed to pay!

Very bad customer service I was calling to book a reservation on their phone number they have here and mind you I called twice and they didn't answer the first time and the second time when the person that answered said "who ever this is thats calling stop calling I'm trying to fly a balloon & hung up" which I thought was very rude and unprofessional how does the same person take care of both especially when they clearly don't know how to talk to people. My family and I had the best experience and enjoyed every minute. It was simply amazing! Shane was a great pilot who provided a lot of information. His crew Serena and Gary were awesome too and were so friendly! Loved ending the ride with the champagne! Highly recommend riding with this company!
