Im giving 5 stars for Tony. He was professional, polite, on time, and listened to my concerns. Unfortunately we decided to go another direction. We were not told by the scheduler that there is a diagnose fee. Tony apologized and said hed speak to her. I told him wed have to call someone else as I did not want to pay $229 right now until I knew what it was and he understood. Great company, just didnt work out.

When I made my appointment, Jessica was very professional. I explained I had a work conflict when scheduling. She called a few minutes later with an earlier appointment. Tony showed up on time and the work was done without missing my work demands. Plumber Guy was the one to call!
