Rude!! Worst customer service. I ask a simple question because I didn't understand and I was told by a manager to look at my contract. Never again will I rent with errands go somewhere else save your money they triple the price. They don't care about customer service or your opinion they care about sales!

Was not too fond of the customer service I acquired from the all the employees at the store the delivery guys were respctful but the employees at the store would always get smart with me talk to me in a disrespectful tone whether it be in person or on the phone.
I had sent my home sound system in to get repaired they brought it back but no power cord to it only to the subwoofer a female worker talking to me in a very disrespectful way when I talk to her calmly and respectfully and all they told me as they have to locate it and other words they lost it so stuck making payments on this and I can't even enjoy it Thanks Aaron's...

I leased a pre-leased 65 inch flat screen RCA TV in December 2015 I wasn't offered a extended warranty and didn't even think of it at that time. I took advantage of the 120 day pay off I payed $1100 for the TV and the stand, and all was good. On December. 05, 2016 the TV no longer works, and there's nothing they will do about. I was told that RCA TV''s aren't the best from an associate that works there and that an extended warranty would not have been offered, but if I was still paying on it that would have been a different story. I was told by a manager that he would get back to me to see if they could extend something else to me, well not only did he never get back with me I went into the store and he was there and never came out to address and the offer I was offered was $50 off of a brand new 65 inch flat screen TV which would be $1250 are you kidding me? I
