It was awesome..Until the end. We were randomly told we have to leave via letter. Make sure you always have your rent paid ahead of time. Make sure you dont have any financial hardships. Have a back up plan in case circumstances (or the decision makers) force you to move out. Also, if you move in on the 15 you pay that month and another on the first, so be prepared and save ahead of time! Stay on top of your game so you wont have to communicate with management because they are about business over kindness. Its simple . Just do what you need to do and they will leave you alone. This place is scam. They gave us a fully furnished house with no dishwasher. After repeated complaints for more than 6 months. They still haven't provided us the facilities we are paying for (continuing to do so). The security of this place is also compromised as homeless people jump over the fence and wander around at night.

Great for anyone going to asu, its as close to all the fun stuff without being too crazy, maintenance has been super helpful anytime i requested, the leasing office is CONSTANTLY doing events and giveaways, very fun complex, and the best part being surrounded by mcdonalds, taco bell, hungry howies, dutch bros, and 3 liquor stores

SINCE MY LEASE IS UP IN APRIL IF YOU WANTING TO RENT please dont come here. Theres lack communication and poor management. They will avoid you when theres certain things that needs to be fix. Since me and roommates moved in we been having bed bug issues, I even have pictures saved on my phone of places on my body where they been biting coming from someone that has really bad skin allergies, the water smells really bad, no one wants to fix our plumbing issue because they dont want to come to our apartment because of the bug issue. Its just her way not wanting to fix anything. Were not the only ones having bug issues people that are living there having the same issues, even the laundry room has them so its better to just wash your clothes somewhere else. Kathy knows its not us were not the only ones having this issue this place isloased with bed bugs and roaches. Please dont rent here when we brought it to her attention not longer after that she sends us a letter saying how she doesnt want to renew our lease it makes no sense you dont want to fix our plumbing issue but dont mind taking our rent money.
