Walked out absolutely furious. They ruined my beard that I’ve worn for ten years. I told her to trim it with a 1. I get a haircut and beard trim every two weeks, and wear everything short and clean. She took a 0 to my cheek and tried to line it up just above my jawbone. I don’t know if she took it upon herself to cut my beard the way she wanted or if it was because she could barely speak or understand English. I had to have her remove the entire mustache and beard to regrow it. She also argued with me when I told her she ruined my beard. If someone walks in lined up under their cheekbone, leave it at their cheekbone. Again, absolutely furious. Services: Haircut, Beard trim
