Custom Craft Poultry

I showed up 2 hours early before my appointment time. I was greeted very politely by 2 nice ladies. I was assigned to a door, loaded and my paperwork was ready within the next 40 minutes. This is one of the most professional shippers I ever dealt with and would recommend them to any carrier. I see that some people left bad reviews but my experience was completely the opposite.

From: IT’S KARMA TRUCKING LLC Wouldn’t even give 1 star to this place, OTR is a joke for delivery, they do all their own trailers first, and if Tyson drives in they just go right to door, sat in lot 4 hours after signing in, delivering here is the worse, paperwork says 600am but they say thas what they all say, USUALLY FCFS IS CLEARLY PRINTED,will not deliver here again, givin a door only to have one of their trucks pull right on to door I was assigned to, don’t come here👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

I wish I could rate this place 0! I’ve never work at the batesville location but Little Rock’s is horrible. I quit my job to work for Custom Craft. The building use to be Tennessee Pride which I use to work for. I was excited to return to the place and I even recruited at least 20 people to go with me. From day 1 it was poor management and leadership. Very little people had poultry experience, so I was thrown into multiple jobs. Quality, supervisor and safety. I did these multiple jobs for months to finally get promoted to supervisor to only be snatched down from supervisor title to manager -supervisor in training 🤨 in 1 weeks time. They took my title but still asked me to do the work. I was the only African American & FEMALE who would have been supervisor at the plant. They bought in other people from the streets to take leadership spots instead of the people that were dedicated to them. I was terminated wrongly over paperwork. Management ask you to falsify documents and if you refuse you’re fired. Tina the QA talks and treats coworkers like slaves and she steal time for the employees she does like. I have proof of it. HR Calvin does not help the employees with concerns and they ALWAYS MESS UP YOUR PAYCHECK. Custom Craft was NOTHING like I expected and I feel sorry for the ones I convinced to come be apart of that company. I’ve seen them terminate several of good qualified workers only because of hear say. They don’t give any warnings. They fired a supervisor for stealing time and taking coworkers occurrences off(which they should’ve) but turned back around and hired her back less than 2 months later but told everyone else that tried to come back they had to wait 6 months to eligible to rehire🤨! It’s so much I can say but I can’t because of legal reasons but this place could be great with proper management. The owner will reply to the reviews but will NEVER talk with anyone about these issues. I use to think Randy Smith the owner was a great man & for his people but THE PEOPLE DONT EVEN KNOW WHO HE IS. No one knows who they’re actually working for. That’s how much Custom craft thinks about their employees. RUN PASS HERE IF LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT!! They probably didn’t even gift them with a turkey for thanksgiving lol. It’s sad
