    Would have to say the experience at this location has been by far the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life from a customer service stand point. In mid January of 2018 the manager at this location sent me an email asking if they could do a free diagnostics on my trailer. I replied- I did not need a diagnostic but i needed to get a new gate put on one of my 3 trailers I have purchased from them. I took the trailer in on the first of February to the Conway location and left it for them to order the part and repair it. It took him a month to get me a quote for the gate. After they sent me a quote I sent it back approving them to order the part and fix the trailer. On March 22nd I went in to check on it and almost 2 months of my trailer being there the part still had not been ordered. That is when I reached out to the CEO of the entire company - Michael Snow. He was surprisingly very responsive at first and assured me my trailer would be taken care of that day (see photo for correspondence) Well needless to say Mr. Snow never spoke with me - instead referred me to district manager Richard Asbell. Richards initial phone call he assured me that my trailer would be taken care of that day. His "taken care of" was to weld that old gate and fix it until the new one came in. I asked him not to do that. All I wanted was a new gate. So he told me that the only way he could do that is if I paid for the gate FIRST - then he could order it. Then it would take 2 weeks to get here and them they would put it on. Realizing this was probably my only option and wanting this to be over - I agreed. Today is April 7th. - over 2 months after I took the trailer in to be repaired. We went in to pick the trailer up and we got there and asked for my old gate. It was locked up in an area that no one had the key to. We waited for over an hour. Before leaving we inspected the new gate and noticed it was not put on correctly or in a safe manner. I called District Manager Richard Asbell and he said the gate was just fine - he was there the day before when they put it one. I asked for him to give us a refund for the labor of putting the gate on and I would just take it to my welder and make sure it was safe for my guys to use. He said he would not do that and the trailer was fine. They did offer to "have someone look at it'. But after 2 months and hours of dealing with this I just took the trailer. I reached out to CEO Michael Snow one more time and his response -"I was being unreasonable." I just want this company to make this right. They have had ample chances to do so and I do not trust or want anyone who i have delt with so far to do that. I am searching for Trailer plus board of directors or Owner to see if anyone in this organization cars about customer service.
