Wild Game Processing

Brought in a deer for processing over three weeks ago and ordered ten pounds of venison sticks and the rest was supposed to be processed and returned to us. They gave us back only 15 lbs of meat and we are still waiting for the venison sticks. We did not receive a cutting sheet to provide any explanation as to the small amount of meat that we received. Update - after contacting the owner twice and waiting over two weeks for a response, we still have not received a cutting sheet or an explanation as to why we received so little meat. At almost six weeks we are also still waiting for the venison sticks.

My first time processing a deer and they were very helpful. The walked me through every step and even had samples to try. Would definitly recommend this place!

Great intake and drop off system. Need a bigger sign. Very kind people. Smart and accurate book keeping unlike the processor north of here. Clean facilities with multiple workers. They also age your deer correctly unlike the other local processor that lets them lay on a slab to rot in the sun. Update: amazing, professional quality sausage and packaging. I will 100% bring all future harvests here.
