I have dealt with many insurance companies and agents over the years, both in personal and professional settings. I've never come across an agency such as this before. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I was their most valued customer and that didn't change as the relationship grew. The front office staff is warm and knowledgeable and Virgil is absolutely the most personable, intelligent, and gracious agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with. We knew within moments that this was the place we wanted to handle our business insurance. When we later got into pricing options, it was an absolute no-brainer.
