ZuZu's Petals & Gifts

I was devastated when I to Zuzus Petals on the day of my wedding to pick up my wedding flowers and found out they closed due to a light dusting of snow. Even though my order was prepaid I still never received a phone call to me know theyd be closing and I have yet to be reimbursed. This was a terrible experience and terrible customer service. Luckily other florists in the area were open and helped put my order together. If you are looking for flowers for a special occasion do not use Zuzus they might not be able to come through on your special day.

Zuzus was absolutely wonderful to work with! Cindy has such a vision and is able to turn on a dime. The day before our wedding we had a complete design change due to weather and they absolutely delivered. Flowers hold a special place in my heart and I could not have imagined a more beautiful display of them! And we cant forget the puppy petals!

Im very upset with my experience with this store. They lost the entire order for my reception and the flowers for our wedding cake. When my wife showed to pick up the flowers, there were none. They threw together some arrangements that, of course, couldnt match my event. Unfortunately, they didnt offer to charge us less or make up for their negligence in any way. On top of all this, I had interacted with them about my order multiple times. They had advised me to send an email with my order and images of what arrangement style I wanted. I received no response from that email, so I stopped by. The owner told me they didnt receive an email, but when she looked there it was. Opened and read, but no one had responded. She took my order there again, assured me they would be ready, as well as the flowers for the cake sent to the cake shop. Thats 3 interactions with shop personnel prior to pickup. Not very organized or trustworthy. I only gave them a star for throwing together some flowers quickly, although they were the wrong style of arrangements and charged us full price.

I used Zuzus for my May 2022 wedding and they went above and beyond my expectations! Cindy has the perfect eye for color and design, and after showing her a couple of inspiration photos for my color scheme she was able to guide me in what flowers she thought would help pull everything together. My bouquet was the most beautiful thing and I couldnt have loved it more. Im so thankful I had Zuzus do my wedding, because I knew the flowers were going to be designed with detail and perfection! Couldnt recommend them more!
