Avoid this company!!! I was shocked at what good reviews this company has and the service I received is totally opposite. Johnny showed up to look over the job twice. We told him what all we were wanting done. He gave us a reasonable quote and told us he could start the work in 3 to 4 weeks. 7 weeks later, Johnny and his unprofessional crew show up to start on our project. After 2 days of very minimal work and lots of breaks, Johnny DOUBLED the original quote. (We had already paid him $8000 to start working.) After we refused to pay the extra money he was suddenly wanting, Johnny packed up and left the property. I have less than $4000 worth of materials that was purchased with my “down payment” at the job site and Johnny did not refund the rest of the money. I’ve had to take legal actions (which have also cost me money) in attempt to get my money back. We have had another much larger roofing company come out to give us a quote. They have informed us that all the work that Johnny and his crew had done will have to be taken down and started completely over. This is due to none of it being straight, level, plum or true. Johnny came down and put roofs over my decks only took 2days and he done an awesome job.we love it!!
