        My mom and I have been customers of this insurance company for years with no issue. We recently had an insurance claim and have had the worst experience with their adjuster, Zach Duty. He NEVER responds to emails or calls. I had to file a complaint with the insurance commissioner just to get the claim moving along. Other than Zach, the insurance company and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
