        We love our new floors and bath/shower tile! The install teams were professional and did a great job. While there was an issue with the tile work Alfords resolved the problem and took good care of us. Great quality products and installation!

        We contacted Alfords about a flooring solution in our business. We were in a bit of a time crunch on the project and Alfords went above and beyond to meet that time crunch! Austin came right out to measure and provided samples. He got back to me super quick with any questions. From start to finish, we were done in a few weeks and we are so happy with our new commercial carpet. Cant wait for the next phase of our project and we will certainly be calling Aflords for that one as well. Thanks Alford's team!

        My home looks so beautiful now after having Alford's Carpet One install new luxury plank flooring. Robert was the installer and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and skill during the installation. The product is of such good quality and has a beautiful finish. I would highly advise anyone needing new flooring contact Alford's for a free estimate.

        Horrible experience with Kelly! We was super excited to shop at the new location on Rogers ave in fort smith. We wanted to get new carpet in the house & she treated us with the worst customer service Ive ever had in my life! Acted like it was a HUGE deal to show us carpet (to do her job) when we ask the most simple questions anyone would ask she would get upset & made us feel super uncomfortable. I would give her sales experience a ZERO if I could have! Needless to say we walked out. Carpet Cabin is way better!
