My neighbor use this business to fix a plumbing issue. The city marked the lines wrong so they dug in my yard when they did not have to. When it was all said and done the owner took money out of his pocket to fix what was wrong even though the city should have paid for it. They came out and worked hard in the heat to get my yard looking as good as new. These people are honest and hard working. If I ever need work done in the future, I will definitely be giving them a call.

My house is a 1930s bungalow that had not been worked on since probably 1950s and 1970s. It was a huge project. They redid a lot of the plumbing in the house. They also replaced my hot water hate quickly. They also hooked me up with gas stove and fixed my gas insert on my fireplace. I get on their schedule in a timely manner, hard working, courteous, clean, and fair on pricing! Anything I need in the future They will do!

Called from California and asked if they would come out for an estimate at my moms house in Grubbs, was told yes. Can get there on Saturday. They didnt come in Saturday, I texted them. They finally went Sunday. Free Estimate yea right. Told me $240. Plus $170 for a Sunday call. They did nothing in Sunday but find where the leak was and gave an estimate. To my surprise added the $170. Told me they would fix it right away. I literally begged everyday for over a week. We finally made it and they brought the wrong size pipe to fix it the day we got there. 10 days later. I had originally asked them to look at a sink that was leaking. They had to come back the next day to fix it right. Now trying to bill my elderly mom an extra $85 and saying they dont service Grubbs abs had told me that up front. I have all the text. Beware if free estimates and a wait in fixing it as we felt like we had to go with them after they said a $170 service call that was suppose to be a free estimate and never said weekends were double. Super sad.
